A: We do not have a showroom to visit; we are strictly web-based. Our main call centers are in HongKong

Q: How do you sell these items at such a low price?

A:We strive to offer our customers both high quality watches at competitive prices and first rate customer service. We are able to offer our timepieces at the best possible price due to our extensive network of authorized jewellers across the EU. Furthermore, since Our is an online-only store, we have no additional retail or storage costs, and we are able to pass these further savings onto our customers!

Q: Are Those for fake watch?

A: We sell watch movements made by Swiss. Some of the accessories are made of refurbished materials. All of them are from the original factory. After all, the price is only 10%-15% of the Brands stores.

Q: Are there With The boxes, instructions, guarantees, etc?

A: Our merchandise attachments are: watch boxes, hangtags, manuals Card and brand-specific shopping bags

Q: the warranty From brands Or You Company?

A: Our products don't support Brand warranty. Our company be charged with 2 years warranty. 

Q: How long will my order be shipped?

A: All items will be processed and shipped within 1-2 working days.Normal You Will Got It  within 4-7 days. For The items that not in stock, the member Page will show the expected delivery time of the shipment or inform you of the replacement or refund.

Q: If I order online, do I have to pay taxes?

A: The price already includes sales tax.

Question Of After sales 

Q: The goods I received have no manuals, guarantees, etc.

A: Some of the brand watch boxes are exquisitely designed to hide these accessories in the darkness of the watch box. Please see below 

Q: Whether the watch will be damaged during Delivery.

A: The package we sent has a dedicated staff to use the air column bag + box for packaging (as shown below), the goods are not vulnerable.

Q: Where should the return & Refund After delivered?

A: Please contact our online customer service officer or email to Daisy@servicesno1.com to register. Afterwards, there will be a dedicated after-sales staff to coordinate with your customer for return and after-sales service.
